This is the section of HM Reveue and Customs that administers charity tax issues. These web pages are intended to provide you with a single reference point for information about tax and VAT for charities and Community Amateur Sports Clubs (CASCs), along with information about tax relief for charitable donations

Gift Aid

HM Revenue and Customs manage the scheme, and their website provides information about what charities need to do to claim it.

Will to Charity

Website aimed at those making or drawing up a will listing charities they can leave a legacy to. Charities pay an annual subscription to be listed on the site.
